1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Qinghe Voice Calculator (the "App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the App and uninstall it.

In addition to these Terms, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to the App as obtained through the App Store: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code (except where permitted by law);
• modify, rent, lend, sell, or distribute the App or any part of it;
• remove or circumvent any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;
• use the App for any purpose that violates applicable law.

3. Features and Free Allowance

1. Free use. The App is free to download. Free users receive 10 voice calculations per calendar month.
2. How counting works. A voice input counts as 1 use only when a valid equation is successfully recognized. No equation recognized, permission denied, or a network/recognition failure does not count. The counter resets at the start of each calendar month.
3. Keyboard calculation is unlimited for free users.
4. Once the free allowance is used up, tapping the microphone takes you to the membership page.

4. Membership and Purchases

4.2 Important subscription terms

• The subscription term is 1 month at ¥6 per month;
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase;
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current renewal price;
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime after purchase via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or your App Store account settings); after cancelling you keep access until the current period ends;
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription (the App currently offers no free trial);
• The Lifetime Membership is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

4.3 Restore Purchases

If you change devices or reinstall the App, use Restore Purchases on the membership page to recover your entitlement. You must use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

4.4 Refunds

All payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

5. Disclaimers

1. The App is provided "as is." We work to keep results accurate, but we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, including decisions made in reliance on its results.
2. Exchange rates come from third-party public endpoints (open.er-api.com, api.frankfurter.dev) and are for reference only. They may be delayed or inaccurate and do not constitute investment or trading advice. Actual transactions should follow your bank's or payment provider's live rates.
3. Speech recognition is provided by Apple's system services. Accuracy depends on ambient noise, accent, and language models; you are responsible for verifying results.
4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content (including code, interface design, icons, and copy) are owned by the operator or the respective rights holders and are protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy (English) (also linked from the membership and Settings screens in the App). That policy forms part of these Terms.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App without prior notice. If you breach these Terms, we may terminate your license to use the App.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules).
2. Disputes arising from these Terms should be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to a competent court at the operator's place of business.
3. If you are located outside mainland China, this section does not affect rights you have under mandatory local consumer protection laws.

10. Miscellaneous

• If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force;
• Updates to these Terms will be noted in the App or on the App Store page; continued use means acceptance.
